Returns Window
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Products must be returned in original packaging
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Return Fee
A flat ₹100 reverse logistics fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers pickup and return shipping.
Exchanges
- One free exchange per order is available (includes pickup and delivery)
- Additional exchanges will incur a ₹200 fee per request
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund
Orders with Offers or Discounts
If your order included a coupon, promotional code, or offer:
- Refunds will be adjusted based on the final retained items
- If the order no longer meets the offer conditions after a return, the discount value will be deducted from the refund

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
