Returns Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@baresolids.com or +91 8332822288 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Return Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location. Ensure the t-shirt is in its original condition with tags attached and packed securely for the return shipment.
Reverse Logistics Fee
A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is applied to cover the cost of arranging the pickup and the return shipping process. We believe this helps ensure that our return policy is used fairly and responsibly.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions
- Used or Washed Items: Items that have been used, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
